Koos is a fast-growing design & innovation agency. We're established in Amsterdam and new in Dubai. We collaborate with governments (Covid passport app in the Netherlands) and corporates (Careem Super app in the Middle East) to develop intuitive digital products, seamless services and effective innovation engines. Now we are looking for fresh talent in product design to help boost our digital projects.

Your challenge:

Are you excited about incredible digital experiences and how they impact our world? If so, you're in the right place! At Koos our day-to-day is filled with creativity and drive to innovate. You will get the chance to practice designing user-friendly digital products, and have a peak into our strategic and collaborative way of working.

Plus, we're a big team of designers with lots of different interests, ready to help you quick-start your career as an awesome Digital Product Designer! Maybe you're a geek in motion design, digital accessibility or design systems, we're here for you. Or just surprise us with a something we haven't heard of!

Your responsibilities:

Identify relevant needs of users
Spark how we can transform pain points into opportunities
Create wireframes, design systems, prototypes and designs (we ❤️ Figma)
Help to set up and conduct usability tests

Your profile:

A student currently enrolled at a university, looking for educational work experience
Hands on - proactive mentality
Knows how to work with Figma
You are based in the Netherlands
Fluent in English (a plus if also in Dutch)
Available from February until June for 40 hours a week.
