Koos is a fast-growing design & innovation agency. We're established in Amsterdam, growing in Lisbon and new in Berlin. We collaborate with governments (Covid passport app in the Netherlands) and corporates (Nederlandse Spoorwegen) to develop intuitive digital products, seamless services and effective innovation engines. Now we are looking for a fresh talent to help boost our innovation projects.

Your challenge:

Maybe you're a geek in user research, strategic design or social innovation, we're here for you. Or just surprise us with a something we haven't heard of!

Your responsibilities:

Participate in projects from day 1
Execute user research
Help facilitate workshops with clients
Visualise results into strong and understandable documents

Your profile:

A student currently enrolled at a university, looking for an educational work experience
Hands on - proactive mentality
Independent but also able to work in a team
Strong interest in strategy, innovation & design
Experience working with Figma
You are based in the Netherlands
Fluent in Dutch
Available from September until January for 40 hours a week.
